Not Worth the Price
The eyelid primer went on like a dry concealer and the lip primer went on like a creamy concealer that was too light in color on my rose colored lips. I had to apply lightly & really blend in. Smashbox lid & lip primer
The first time I tried it, it didn't seem to work very well. However, after a week I really like this product. I take it with me everyday for the lip primer. My lip color looks so much better now. Lip Primer provides a truer color
I like the Lip primer in that it allows you to get the actual color of your lipstick. A lot goes a long way and I found it works best if you pat it into those nasty creases to give your lips a smooth finish. I find the Lid primer works pretty much the same way. Not that great
I love smashbox foundation primers and was hoping to like this product. The lip side goes on smooth but becomes clumpy and uneven after a couple of minutes. Really the best there is
I like this so much. Smashbox has great products, and this one doesn't dissappoint...plus it has two uses! I like the way this product goes on better than UDPP...but it works just as well. Disappointing
Last time I went to the store for my favorite lid primer (Urban Decay) they were out, so I gave this one a try. I really like other Smashbox products (particularly their face primer), so I figured I had reason to expect this would be a good one as well. Unfortunately, I found both ends to be WAY too hard to do their jobs well. To get the primer onto my lids I would have had to press on my lids ...read moremuch harder than is good for them! I transferred the product to a brush to get it onto my lids more gently, but even then it didn't work great. The same problem happened with the lip primer, and I found it to be too light for my light brown colored lipsticks, it showed through and took the color out of my lips.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 4 people said helpful

Love it!
This little duo is indispensible once you try it. The eye primer (make sure you blend it in) gives you an even, light color for a base before you apply shadow.
