Brow and Eye Pencils

Makes a Better Brow Liner
I do not like these as eye liners. They tug and don't go on smoothly. They DO make great brow liners. The consistency works great with small strokes to help create great eyebrows! Better for your brows
I love this as a brow filler! I use it along with a brow powder to help set it & it lasts all day. It isn't very heavy, not waxy, and super easy to blend so you can get a nice, natural look for your brows as opposed to a drawn on look. As great of a brow pencil I think this is, I bet most wouldn't like it for an eyeliner. It doesn't deliver color as well as an eyeliner for some reason unless you use a lot. It doesn't smudge all over but it doesn't last too long either. Reliable
I've used this eyeliner since i was an early teen, best eyeliner i've used without a doubt! Never smudges, glides on smoothly although not quite as dark/vibrant as other eyeliners. Reliable 'go to' eyeliner, fantastic under your liquid/gel eyeliner (if u wear) lasts all day. Didn't Bother Using as an Eyeliner

On the fence.
I use this liner on my brows, and I do like it, I just wish it were more narrow, since I have ultra thin brows. And I love how this comes in black, which I don't know about anyone else, but I've had a hard time finding in inexpensive brow liners Fun Fact: John Waters refuses to use any other eyeliner on his pencil mustache. LOVE THESE
I got my hands on these when i was younger. i actually stole one from my my mom and i loved them right away. ive tried many other eyeliners but i love these. Dark brown
I like how smooth this color glides on, but that's about it, It also doesn't seem to be the most pigmented. Unfortunately the color I got is way wrong for me. I have black hair and I wanted to try a dark brown instead of black to fill in my eyebrows so I picked this up because it is so cheap, and if it didn't work for my brows, it could work as eyeliner, right? Nope, The color is a medium, reddish brown, too light and red for my brows and not dark enough to be visible as eyeliner, nor can I tightline with this, it just doesn't show up then. Eyeliner!
