Lasts Forever!
My mom purchased this curling iron for me when I was in 6th grade and I continued using it for almost 7 years!... until I lost it! It was my favorite curling iron, I would curl my hair every morning before work and by the end of the day my hair was still bouncy and voluminous. My current Revlon 1 inch iron is not doing the trick. At. All. yay for curls that hold!
I have tried high end irons and numerous cheap drugstore ones. conair seems to be the one that is built to last. The fancy ones at the cosmetology stores seems to have only a three year life span -but every conair I have purchased to date still performs as good as it did when first purchased. and some conairs i have are over 10 years old! Heats fast and works great!

Better than most

Nice
I just purchased this product yesterday. Although i was weary of spending $30.00 on a curling iron, this is wonderful. It is like using a straightner/curling iron at the same time.
