This has done wonders to help remove old acne scars and brown spots. I use this with skinceuticals retinol and i haven't experienced any breakouts like other reviewers have reported. It reduces redness and irritation from breakouts and skin treatments. It's also moisturizing enough that i don't need to use a lotion afterwards (one less thing to buy!) BTW for those of us on a budget there's a great company that makes the same serums Skinceuticals makes for less then half the price and they work just as great! Phyto Plus really does what it is supposed to do. After a few months of use, my skin was definitely brighter. However, it did make me break out, and I do not have acne prone skin. Compared to other Skinceuticals products, this is not my favorite. This stuff actually does work with lightning my complexion.
