Smelly

This mascara smells weird. I don't know what it exacty smells like, but something acidic. The brush is soft, and it makes my lashes look thicker. However, I can feel that I am wearing this mascara and my lashes feel heavier. Removing this mascara is not an easy task. I used my regular eye makeup remover twice and rinsed it, but when I dried my face, I still saw black ink on towel. — 2 years, 5 months ago

this mascara was great when i bought it, my lashes were thick, dark, long and much much more naturaly lush looking than any of my other mascaras, and the brush is HUGE which is my number 1 concern in mascara. about a week into using it hough, it seemed to have dried out, and flaked during the day....maybe it was me? when i buy this again i'll get the little travel size one sephora sells, same product, same brush [!], but less waste when it only lasts me a week! — 4 years, 1 month ago

Clumps a Little

I like the color of this mascara, but this is hard to apply for a non clumped look. It takes a few coats to make my eyes look fuller and longer, and the lashes don't seperate. The color clumped a little, but lasted a long time. — 3 years ago

Too expensive/Over Hyped

The results you get with this mascara aren't worth the price. I think that you're better off with Loreal's Carbon Black mascara. Honestly, I was suckered in by the brush...but it made clumps in the lashes! There was so much goop on the wand! Ugh, an utter dissapointment. It smells like that weird "dirt" smell that Maybelline's Colossal has. I just kept the brush because it's pretty.. — 10 months, 1 week ago

Too Faced Lash Injection

I tend to really like tubular mascaras, and this one is good, but it has a lot to do with application technique. This isn't a very forgiving mascara, you shouldn't allow it to set before applying additional coats. It flakes if applied coat after coat, t has to be wet to still be workable. The brush is a little big, if you have short eyelashes it may be difficult to apply if you aren't comfortable with a large brush. I was able to remove it easily, no tugging or scrubbing necessary, but I feel one could get good results results with other mascaras that are easier to work with. — 2 years, 9 months ago
