Damaging!

This straightener definitely was damaging to my hair. You can hear it sizzle when straightening it wet and snags when dry. It got so bad after about a week I completely stopped using it and went to my hairdresser to get some therapy cream to help heal the breakage it caused. I naturally have very wavy hair that does not like to be sraightened. I have found, with other straighteners, that I cannot get enough pressure put on my hair to actually straighten it...they just tone down my curls. This straightener holds my hair well, and straightens it very well, without snagging or pulling.
