cooling sensation is so refreshing
This conditioner has a cooling sensation because of the peppermint oil, you can really feel all the botanicals soothing your scalp. It is soooo refreshing in the summertime! Combine with the shampoo and your hair will smell so wonderful. I get compliments on my "fragrance"... they think it's my perfume! — 4 years, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Minty, refreshing
Works great as hydrating conditioner. Gives your hair a minty and tingly feeling. Pricey but good product — 4 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Not particularly hydrating
I was disappointed in the shampoo, which I thought was too pricey for such an average product, but after my stylist rubbed some of this conditioner into my scalp and I felt the tingly goodness, I had to have it. Luckily, I have super short hair so a sample-size bottle lasts me forever. All in all, however, this is nothing particularly special. I don't notice any extra hydration or color retention. I do like how light it is, because it allows my fine hair to have some volume. — 4 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Tingly.
It works well. It didn't improve my hair though. I would not purchase again. I prefer something more natural. — 2 years, 4 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Too much money for not enough results
I have extremely dry, coarse, frizzy hair. For how expensive this conditioner was, I expected an almost-miracle. I'd rather make my own conditioner from melted butter and water compared to this junk. It may work wonderfully for those who have near perfect hair with just a touch of dryness in the winter, but for me this was worthless. — 2 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

awful
I work in a salon that has this (I use other brands) and have yet to see anyone with hydrated hair. I think people only like it because it smells good, is sulfate free and high end. None of that matters if it doesn't perform. — 2 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 3 people said helpful

Refreshing
Loved the cooling effect it had on my scalp. Other than that, it didn't do much — 1 year, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

My Must Have
As someone who has had highlights for the better part of two decades, I judge the quality of how effective my conditioner has performed, by how readily it detangles in the shower when I rinse the product out. This is a staple in my arsenal for keeping my processed hair silky, soft, frizz free and hydrated. The only comparative product I have found is the Kerastace range which I used for 15 years until it got insanely expensive - this is my next choice. — 1 year, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
