Doesnt last as long as it claims

Although this gives great great coverage, it doesnt last long throughout the day... maybe around 3-4 hours and then you have to touch up. This product also makes me break out so I try not to use it very often, it does have a scent to it too which might be why. Its not too drying for a powder which is surprising but it also doesnt take away shine like I would have hoped. — 1 year, 1 month ago

My Holy Grail Pressed Powder.

This powder is awesome. I love mineral powder but find it a nuisance to take with me and i have yet to find a pressed mineral compact that doesn't contain crap ingredients or smells. I agree with another reviewer who said this powder looks like any other powder at first but then "melts" into the skin. I love that it has SPF. Mine has lasted about 6 months with daily use. Hasn't broken me out once. i've thoroughly studied comedogenic ingredients and picked this powder because it doesn't contain any, though if you're sensitive to sunscreen or fragrance it could give you a reaction. All chemical sunscreens make me breakout but this one hasn't, i'm amazed. Good job Dior. — 1 year ago

i really like Dior compact. it's silky, light and it's not dry like others. i have tried chanel , estee lauder, mac , etc.. but none of then satisfied me. after i tried Dior snow compact, i stick to Dior compact for long time. i went to store to buy Dior snow before, but store runs out of it. so i bought this product. and i am really satisfied. — 1 year, 9 months ago

Best foundation powder!

I was not used to wear foundation or powder, because I thought it made me look weird. I came across Diorskin Forever Compact on my last trip abroad (I am currently in Brazil and imported make is soooo expensive, it is just not worth it) and loved it, it makes my skin look like "skin", but flawless and it lasts all day long. And the color is great too! I have very fair skin with pink undertone and #020 looks perfect in me. This product does not make my skin go oily in the end of the nor makes it dry in more cold days. I have used the old formula and the new one and I love it! I have used this product for four years and cannot get enough. I feel like it is the only powder foundation I have used that blends into my skin rather than sitting on it and looking cakey. I feel like it gives my skin a glow and evens out my skin tone. i have tried almost every foundation that is made. the diorskin forever compact foundation is by far the best i have used. it has the most natural looking coverage while at the same time making skin look flawless. it looks absolutely invisible on the skin, even in harsh sunlight. it lasts all day, the color does not shift or fade, and it gives my skin a glow. this is not radiant type of finsih, but more of a matte with a glow...the best of both worlds. i never ever thought i would like a powder foundation, but this is the best foundation i have ever used and it is worth every penny. it may be a bit pricey, but it does last forever. i wear it with tarte's clean slate face primer, and they work so well together. More than a label, it's actually good. I found it to be less cakey and obvious than the MAC studiofix powder and it has the perfect yellow tone for me. When first applied, it looks like any other powder foundation: powdery. However, after a few minutes to sink in, I find that it melts on to the skin and adheres flat unlike covergirl which I thought just clung to the tiny hairs on the face. It looks just like it had stuck to your skin and can give a very flawless look. I won't repurchase though because I want to experiment with liquid. I love this product!!! I received a sample of this and tried a few applications and have been hooked ever since. The texture is really cool - Much like mineral foundation. It's powder based foundation yet it covers so well. It's like concealer, powder and foundation in one. It controls shine very well (perfect for those with oily shiny skin) I take it everywhere with me. It's worth it's high price. — 3 years, 9 months ago
