Easy to use, and it actually works. Imagine that! These individually packaged conditioning treatments leave hair shiny, full, soft and healthier looking. I didn't notice any weighing down of the hair, so that is also a plus. The smell is a little strong, but once you rinse it out, there is no residue. Great product for beach vacations!My hair is curly and colored and the salt/chlorine can cause frizzies and fade. I rinsed my hair at the outdoor beach shower daily after swimming. I applied the conditioner and tucked my hair under my hat .My hair was soft, manageable and frizzless. The small packages make it excellent for travel, especially with the new FAA regs. I love the whole Exteme line from Redken. I use deep fuel one a month and my hair is fabulous. I color my hair every 4 weeks can't stand re-growth. I always follow this product with a deep conditioner for best results. This is a nice add-on to your haircare regime. I wouldnt rely on it as my only deep conditioning product - its not strong enough. And the packaging/cost makes it impractical as a daily conditioner.
