Dior Diorskin Forever Extreme Wear Flawless Makeup SPF 25 Reviews

Nice and natural
I tried this foundation in 10 and it worked perfectly for my very fair skin. It blended easily and was very lightweight. It felt like I had nothing on at all. It had a matte finish which was nice with my oily skin. I think this would work great in warm weather. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

best smelling foundation
This foundation gives me a moist natural skin look for a long wear foundation, with good coverage. It doesn't have the "paint" texture like other long wear foundations do, but it isn't as long lasting as the ones that have that "paint" texture. It gives you sufficient playtime to even it out onto skin, spreading well and allows for good blending. It is the best smelling foundation I know, smells just like their perfume, Dior Addict2. — 1 year agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

A bit thick
Im not really a foundation kind of girl, so it was a bit too thick and heavy for my liking. It did cover very well though and it does last long like it claims. It seems to leave more of a matte finish. The pump on mines went through its good and bad days where the pump would malfunction, but maybe it was just mines... If you like full coverage, long wear, and matte finish, then this a goo value for your money. — 2 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 3 people said helpful

Tangerines, Anyone?
Let's contrast this and see what the results are. First of all, the texture is so smooth and creamy so that when it is applied to the skin, it almost feels just like a second skin and has a satin finish. The formulation isn't heavily scented so there's a benefit of lessening the skin irritation probability. However, the color selection is quite minimal. To begin with, they don't have deeper shade ranges so for beautiful woman of color, this leaves them out for testing and utilization. Then, the colors that are currently in the line aren't so wonderful either. The shade they matched me with fit perfectly to a tee on my skin only to find that when it had set, about two hours later my complexion in the mirror reflected an orange tinge. So then I tested it out if it was just the oils in my skin that made the color difference or if it deoxidizes easily. I grabbed a sheet of paper and dabbed on a pea size and swiped it on the paper surface. I returned an hour later and right next to that tinted area, I dabbed a fresh new amount of foundation. The result? About two shades different and a bit of a reddening tone. This foundation may oxidize. For the price tag, I've experienced better foundations and while the coverage is comfortable and beautiful - having an unnatural complexion isn't luxurious at all. I'd give it an extra star for the packaging though because Dior has a tendency to beautify their cases and embellish them. — 5 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 14 of 16 people said helpful

Love Dior!
A little goes a long way! Blends well, great coverage, doesn't leave my skin looking "flat." Natural looking and leaves skin moisturized and glowing. — 1 year, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Overall great stuff!
I first bought this when I was working for a company that stocked it. A coworker who worked at the Dior counter got me hooked. The conversation began over lunch, with my lamenting that my current foundation (Maybelline 24-hour) was too orangey for my skin, even in the lightest shade. So, she introduced me to Dior Forever and I was hooked. I just wish it weren't so expensive, because I no longer work for that company to get the employee discount. It is worth the cost if you can afford it, though. Smells great, a little goes a long way, even and buildable coverage. Lasts the whole day without being mask-like. — 8 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Gorgeous!
With a delicate, dreamy fragrance, SPF 25 and ease of use, this is the nicest foundation I have ever used. It's marketed as being "medium" coverage, but I find it steers towards light coverage. (Mind you, I always apply foundation with a sponge.) The big SPF factor steered me towards trying this, as I burn easily and want beauty combined with practicality! I have a hard time getting a colour to match my fair skintone. Ivory 101 is perfect. Not too yellow or pink. BIG bonus : the product is dispensed with a pump. Easy and hygienic. — 1 year, 4 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

A must have for me
I love this product, a huge fan of the Dior Eclat Satin I was frustrated when it was discontinued, until I switched to this! I chose one of their yellow tones rather than the pink and I have to say I love it. The coverage is brilliant and it blends really well. The only downside is if you have dry skin sometimes it can go a little bit patchy as the day goes on, however if you can reapply throughout the day it will stay flawless. I really like how it isn't too heavy on the skin and has a beautiful matte finish. I agree however the tone range is very minimal, luckily I found a good match for my skin. The packaging as always is beautiful! — 1 year, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
