Really like the Faux Tan Matte
I'm not a fan of Bare Minerals foundation but I like most of their other products. The Faux Tan Matte is great as a bronzer. Its not as dark as the Warmth and gives a much more realistic bronzer color. I do agree that a little goes a long way so watch how much you put on. I don't believe they sell the matte by itself. I purchased the Bronzed and Beautiful kit. Looks right when applied right
I got the overall face color in Warmth and had a little trouble putting it on well for a few times. It can come on strong and streaky when you don't take off the excess from the brush. Used for years

Not Very Enthusiastic
Mineral power foundations in general seem to get either rave reviews or thumbs-down. Women seem to love it or hate it; there's not much in between. I think my less-than-smooth skin is even more apparent when I use this product, and I've tried several shades, all of which are too dark. Mineral foundations seem to look great on skin that's already smooth with a bit of a tan and doesn't need much ...read morecamouflage. This one is no exception. Despite all the trendy hype, mineral makeup is not for everyone, and it's expensive. Wonderful coverage!
This product goes on light and covers / blends evenly. Dark areas blend out smooth and your skin looks absolutely flawless. I can't believe how many people comment on my skin and tell me that I don't look like I've aged at all since high school...24 years ago!
