Covers dark circles, redness, and minimizes appearance of wrinkles well. Not sure about blemishes, I really don't get any. It is very thin and watery, but in a good way--does not cake into fine lines and blends well. A little goes a long way. The brush is okay, but I need to blend it with my fingers as well. It lasts for me, but I do not have too many makeup longevity issues either. Purchased this for my hubby, who has dark circles & needed for video, etc. Was a bit light for him, so i tried it~nice, creamy & decent coverage, but a bit light, and the next shade was too orange. Still, used when i ran out of my Bobbi Brown, and in a pinch, is not bad.
