Wish there were more shades
I like the design and the applicator. It is easy to carry and apply. I use it to hide/conceal my sunspots and acne scars. Line-EMPHASIZING!
So here's the thing. Even when my skin is thoroughly moisturized, my undereye area still has a few lines that some concealers just LOVE to emphasize. Long-Time Favorite Concealer - Easy/Clean Applicator!
This is my old faithful concealer I’ve been using for a few years. It has an easy and clean applicator and the moderately fair color blends well with my skin. It provides fuller coverage for spot correction. Im satisfied!
What can I say? This concealer, Clinique line smoothing concealer is all I was searching for! Im sure that there are also other concealers as good as this, but since i found the one that works for me why look somewhere else! That is becaus...read moree it is small and cannot break easily, and since i am on the way most of the time I know it when a product can stand the pressure of being carried in a bag all the time! The product has a perfect application and soothes any complexion. As with most concealer products, it does the job that you want it to do without any perks- its just a reliable product and thats it. The concealer is medium coverage but you can build it nicely to cover blemishes without creasing and cakiness. I like to apply this with my fingers to help it melt into the skin nicely as I do not find that is applies very well with a brush though a sponge works too. This is the best concealer I've found so far for the job, as many of the solid pot concealers like MAC Studio Finish go on way too thick and cakey while thinner, liquidy concealers don't offer enough coverage. I have yet to experience any of the caking or line-accentuation that so many other people have with this product. With that being said, if you try to use this product completely by itself with no setting powder, it will not be effective. I use it in combination with Kat Von D tattoo concealer and Clinique translucent loose powder. First, I apply a layer of the Kat Von D concealer (something else that isn't particularly good on its own), dust a tiny bit of powder over it, then apply this concealer. Lastly, I use a fluffy brush to dust on a layer of translucent setting powder and the concealer stays put for hours. The First and Last
I love this concealer. It was the first I ever used, and I've tried other brands as well, but nothing come close to this one. It's very smooth and silky but I hardly ever use it for line smoothing but rather to cover up spots. It gives coverage almost equivalent to a cream foundation and I rarely use clinique products because I find their consistency to be bad quality, but this is amazing. Best concealer I've ever used!!
This concealer works so well! When I went to the clinique counter at Macy's, I only saw a few color choices for concealer but when I tried on medium beige I was surprised because it looked way to light for my skin tone at first but it blended in with my skin perfectly. The lady said to try it out because it may look different in other lighting so I went home and it still looked good in every type ...read moreof light. It's pretty thick which I like and comes in a container that's looks like lip gloss. Its alright not great, but it smooths wrinkles!
Unfortunately they dont have a color that works with my skintone, but I have used it (in the wrong color) for a couple of years. The formula is very opaque (covers well) and has a brightening effect. It is best applied with a concealer brush (try it! the result is outstandingly different). It does smooth out wrinkles BUT not the whole day.
