I got this for free in the Bare Minerals starter kit. I admit I didn't use it for a couple of months because I wasn't really sure what to do with it and because I have sensitive skin so I'm always hesitant to try something new. You don't need that much ( I used a pump and a half) to cover your whole face. I don't care for the smell of it at all and I didn't really like the feeling (a little bit...read more sticky) when I smoothed it on. It did help my make up to stay put all day, even in the hot and humid weather. But I still notice that my skin looks oily, maybe just not as much as it did before. After using it for a couple of weeks I'm noticing that my skin is starting to break out in areas that I normally don't break out in (chin and mouth area). I'm just really unsure about this one. I don't think I would go out and buy this one but I can't complain to much since it was free and kept the make up in place. I tried this out again and after my face broke out (like I'm a teenager that hit puberty not a thirty year old woman) again, I ended up tossing it right in the garbage. Just use with mineral makeup
I used this when I was using BE. After I stopped, I used this with Rimmel, Smashbox and Nars. It made all three tints clump on my face. I would suggest using this with mineral foundation ONLY!This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

For Oily/Acne prone skin.
I used to use this in the morning instead of a moisturizer during the hot months, it gives my skin all the moisture it needs and doesn't make me break out. Not quite sure
Doesn't really suffice as a moisturizer and really sucks as a primer. Not really sure there was much a difference in terms of smoothing out my skin or making it look any healthier. This came in the kit that I bought. I used it today for the first time. It did shrink my pores, but dried out my skin. Perhaps it should be used only in my t-zone. Doesn't Really Do All that Much

Will buy again
I got a sample of this at Sephora, I am so glad they let me try this it worked out well for my skin which needs moisture and oil control. You cant expect a cream to be a miracle jsut cuz u heard some claims. It wont work if you dont use it correctly according to your skins needs! I have been true to this priduct for probably five years now, and any time i tried something esle, i always ended up back with the rever upper. I recently started breaking out in bad acne that is not getting better even with prescription meds. My chin br...read moreoke out in terriblew, bumpy, bright red acne, then began flaking and drying terribly due to prescription washed and gels. I used a thick mousturizer to help the dryness, but that made my t zone soo shiny an hour after applyign makeup. I have started a new regimine of washing then applying rever-upper to treat ance (without overdrying or being to harsh) then prome time on top to smooth lines and address flakiness. So far, its working well. My skin is alotttt less flaky. And if you notice the website, although rever upper does have salycidic acid, it is not sold as a acne lotion, its a lotion to prep for face for better makeup application. Helping acne is just and added benefit. And i have extremely sensitive skin and this doesnt bother it at all. Matter of fact, when i tried using a thicker mousturizer to address flakiness- one that specifically was for ppl with acne prone sensitive skin or rosacea and was made with oatmeal, even that stung my skin!! and rever upper doesnt at all!! give it a chance!This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
