The Sekkisei line is intended for whitening purposes, targeting spots and freckles and uneven skin tone. The formula include herbal medicinal extracts such as elecampane extract, coix seed extract, angelica extract, melothria extract, and moutan bark extract. It is a light milky formula that absorbs instantly and leaves skin feeling refreshed. Over time it does help with brightening skin tone.
