Sugar IS sweet!!
Ok, so I am a huge fan of glitter and this brand tends to do it pretty well with this product being no exception! I ADORE the colors in this one-the indigo is GORGEOUS with my blue-grey eyes and the darker one adds just a touch of sparkle to traditional "cat-eyes". There is just enough "sticky" to keep the glitter from going everywhere on your face. I would advise layering it for a more intense look and/or using a base of a similar (or contrasting) 'normal' eyeshadow. Another perk? You can use the tip of the wand to apply the glitter as eyeliner which means you get twice the product for your $! I love Sugar!
These eyeshadows smooth onto the skin on my eyelids very nicely and stay put all night. They aren't too sticky and they have a LOT of sparkles. Great colors too, especially when layered over a similar shade of powder or matte shadow.
