Great idea, but poor execution.

This was my very first product from Sephora a few years ago. I am happy that that did not stop me there and then from taking the plunge into higher end cosmetics. I was really disappointed in this kit. I got it in the brown colors. Two of the browns went on so sheer that there was no distinguishable difference between them. The gold color was so yellowy that I could never wear it. And the eyeliner was so creamy it did not stay on and smudged all over my eyelid. Sadly this just does not work. Makes it easy to look pulled together

I have tried both the Amber Eyes and the Brown Eyes and I've had really good luck. The colors blend seamlessly and there's none of that "powder spray" around my eyes after. I particularly like the application brush for the liner. It's as fabulous for giving me a super skinny line as it is for giving me a dramatic thick line. Quite an accomplishment for the brush that's included with the product. I'm a believer. — 4 years, 1 month ago

I use the violet eyes pallet every day. Its so easy to use and play with, and so many great looks can come out of one tiny container. I'm not a big fan of the brush though.. but thats easily replaceable. — 4 years, 2 months ago
