Senorita
I bought this in Senorita from Sephora. I loved the color when I tried it on. I realize the reason I liked it so much is that it reminded me of Mac Viva Glam VI. I love that the packaging is small and compact and can fit in a clutch easily. The product goes on smoothly and lasts for a few hours. I tried the lipstick in heat wave because I was looking for a red/orange lippy, but that was a bit to bright for me even when blotted. I like a bold lip, but maybe in a more sheer formula I could have rocked it. I would recommend these to anyone. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

Fire Down Below
I have tried a few NARS lipsticks but my favorite color is Fire Down Below. It is the perfect crimson lip color! The formula feels very nice on the lips and there is no bad taste or smell. The color is very pigmented and super long lasting. The only thing that annoys me about this line is that it is a tad bit over priced and you get a small amount of product. The quality of this line is just SO worth it though and I simply adore the chic rubber packaging! — 2 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 5 people said helpful

Highly Pigmented NARS
I stopped into Sephora with the goal of finding my first red lipstick. The sales associate tried FIRE DOWN BELOW on my mouth. It looked great with my coloring and felt pretty good, too. Then, she said the price before tax was twenty-four dollars. *Ouch!* It felt and looked great but the price was a tad high for me to make the purchase, hence the 9 stars. Maybe MAC or Clinique have something with a little lower price. — 2 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

Pretty and Bold
I love the colors offered by this lipstick line and the colors make your lips pop with color and boldness. I wish the color stayed on longer, but it is easy to use and goes on in a nice even coat. This is a great lipstick for everyday wear. — 4 years, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 3 people said helpful

Nars Lipstick
I have a few of these in my collection and I love them. They apply nicely, don't bleed, and I lick my lips all the time and it lasts very well considering. I think they are well worth the price, they last! They seem to have a high pigment content, but they leave my lips well moisturized, never dried out looking. I find I use Jungle Red most of the time, it's just lovely! — 3 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

How anyone can give this less than a 10 is beyond me
I won't waste space lauding this lipstick's many virtues since everyone else has done that and done it quite well (note: it really is the perfect lipstick). What I'm excited about is Damage, which I bought today. Purple has always been "my color," but I've never found a purple lipstick that looks like it was made for adults with corporate jobs. Hooray for Nars! I finally found a classy, natural-looking purple. Nars's website describes Damage as "muted grape," but it's really a shiny lilac with neutral undertones that cancel out any obvious purple. I'm also smitten with the ubiquitous Dolce Vita, which gives me a perfectly pink pout. You really should check out Nars's lipsticks--they're beautiful. — 4 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Dolce Vita
I just adore this color! It is my go-to color for when I actually have time to put lipstick on in the mornings! It has a matte rosy color and it is great for any skintone and just gives your lips a natural hint of color. It glides on well and it is very creamy and not drying (at least for me anyways). It doesnt get all over my teeth and stays put for about 3-4 hours. Since it is creamy, you dont really need to put a gloss over it because it already has a natural shine to it. — 2 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Smooth and Long Lasting
My favorites are belle de jour (nude), klute (purply mauve), blond venus (warm nude), sexual healing (pale pink shimmer) and promiscuous (gold). They go on smooth and are long lasting. I also like the small and lightweight packaging. — 4 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Nice and Smooooooooth
Nars lipsticks are really nice. There are many colors to choose from and there is definitely something for everyone. You get a good color deposit. My special favorite is the sheerer ones. They go on really smooth and once you have applied them a few times you begin to get a bit of a stain, which I like. Of course the price is up there. Because of this I would not order online but go to Sephora and try them on first. I always try and wear a few times before I make the commitment. But at Sephora if you decide you do not like it you can return. I must say I have bought thinking I finally have what I am looking for and after a week saw that I had blundered...So try them, like I say they are nice just find your right color. Oh, fire below is listed and I think this must be a favorite as it has come up again and again in different places. I too love the color but too strong for me now. But.....I can still wear it. This is for all you ladies that love a color but it is too strong. I apply a non greasy balm first and then pat the color to my lips....Voila!! — 1 year, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Masai Is Perfect Pink Nude
Beckie: I am new to the Nars product line, except for a few cult favorites -- Turkish Delight Lip Gloss and iconic blush -- so when we received the three products listed above for review, I thought, "What's all the hubbub about, Nars?" Jamie: Yes, Mom's a bit behind the Nars curve. Beckie: After applying Nars lipstick in Masai I understood the excitement. The sheer lipstick added a hint of glossy pink nude color to my lips. I have looked long and hard for a pink nude that looked flattering on my pale lips. As importantly, it's very, very moisturizing. Jamie: Masai is more of a nude sheer on my lips. I love the color, and the neutral nudes are still hot for fall. — 4 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
