Worked well but hair felt flat

My favorite was pantene. But I bought this shampoo with the conditioner since I wanted to try this for a long time. . Worked great as a moisturizing shampoo but left my hair flat. I had a fine long dry hair and cut it short recently. After using this shampoo my hair felt very flat but my hair was not that dry at all. Worked well for me though except for the flat hair part. I love this shampoo. I have very frizzy,wavy, dry hair and this shampoo with the conditioner seems to keep my frizz at bay. I also like the smell and you can't beat the price.
