Looks much better in package
After reading your reviews (thank you for doing, you guys have persuaded a lot of my choices) I had to leave mine. I love makeup/skin products to the point that I need a support group to control myself. Anywho, I was cleaning out my makeup drawer (yes, drawer..a bag!?) and I found 2 brand new Cover Girl Quad shadows that were identical, which puts me in the looks better in the package than on me v...read moreote. I wasn't sure why so I figured I'm just sitting here surfing this (can't live without site) and oh how those frustrated feelings came raging back. It was so powdery, even using a brush to apply, that half was on the counter. Then the major reason, it has zippo longivity. It within an hour has already faded and creased that it looks like I climbed outta bed with last nights eyeshadow on. Cover Girl forever!
I have loved the CoverGirl Quads forever! Sure, the color is not very highly pigmented (Colors are a little on the lighter side for the matte shades) but the shimmer type shades are exactly what they need to be. I've found that if I don't prime my lids first they do crease (I have oily lids anyway so I ALWAYS have to prime!!) a little more than other products out there. The sponge applicator they ...read morecome with is of no use to me and they never were. The best thing to do is for best application is to use natural brushes (which you should be doing anyway for ALL eyeshadow application for the best possible results). Use Everyday

I've never used such a cheap quality shadow in all my life.
Covergirl has to be one of the worst I've ever used, it's so powdery. It's like chalky. I used the berries and cream quad cause it was adorable in the packaging, very dissapointed. So much fall out, not worth a dime.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

Beautiful in the package, not so much on..

Been using for 20 years.

waste of money
