I have used the CoverGirl quad shadows for many many years now. I have hazel eyes and use the coffee shop set of colors. i find that they go on well and stay on, and I use the darker color wet as an eyeliner. Love this for everyday wear
I have a caramel complection and these colors go great with my skin tone as everyday wear. It's not overbearing or super bright for night life. This shadow gives me the appearance of barely there makeup in a good way. When I wear this shadow I usually get compliments about my makeup. I rarely use the sponge applicator that it came with. This is the second time that I have purchase these exact same colors from covergirl. If you're not carful they can break apart easily...which is one of the fewer downfalls. Great Color Coordinated Eyeshadows, But They Are of Poor Quality!
The eyeshadow colors are beautiful in the compact, but on the eye that don't look all that smooth. Not a fan

I used this quad all through high school, and I'm so glad it's still around! These colors are so pretty for dark blue eyes, and really make them POP! I love the gold shade, sometimes I use it as a highlight, sometimes I mix it with the browns, and sometimes I wear it as an all over lid color when I don't want a lighter look. I have CoverGirl Eye Enhancers 4-Kit Shadows in Sheerly Nude (which I use almost every day) and Drama Eyes - a fun combo for evening - and I love them! Best Powder Shadow
This is the best powder shadow I've used. I especially like the Country Woods set. This collection of nudes flatters my fair to light skin tone and dark blue eyes. These shadows are smooth and last all day. Basic Drugstore Shadow
Over the years I think CoverGirl's quality has declined. These shadows often develop a hard sheen over them that makes them impossible to use. The colors are fine but there is no guarantee the product will be wearable.
