What Exfoliation? Scrub?
This has soft beads in it that isn't really effective in buffing any dead skin cells because of the way they are in a minimal quantity and I found this more of facial wash rather than a scrub. I didn't notice any exfoliation results nor did it warm very much or even at all so I must review that this is one of Shieido's few ineffective products.
