this pencil is a great quick way to make you nails look pretty. easy to use just wet and apply under nails. you may get some white on your skin but it rubs off easily enough. I love the fact that it fits in your purse/bag. It is easy to use but if you are doing dishes or house cleaning it doesn't last long. Keep the pencil and a sharpener handy. Directions are simple,1 Wash your hands and dry them,2 use lotion if you want, 3 have a little bowl or cup with a little water to dip the pencil tip in and put the tip under your nailtip and sweep it across. I've tried 3 different brands of whitening pencils and they all don't work. At least this one was cheap. The white waxy substance washes away after you wash your hands!
