This is a wonderful product. You can use it on wet or dry nails. When you put it on wet nails, it seals in shine and makes the manicure/pedicure last a lot longer (days longer). Then if you want to do a touch up, it makes nails look like they were just redone professionally. My nails are good for 7 days after using this product and it gives your nails such a beautiful shine. My favorite nail product, period!
