The Sally Hansen Super Shine Shiny Top Coat is definitely a top 5 top coat. =) This is super shiny, restores dull polish, and keeps new polish looking new! It is obviously a bit sticky until it dries, so be careful! If you want to apply a shiny top coat, this product definitely does its job as the name claims. It adds shine and protection, but also makes any dull color nail polish more vivid. It is a bit sticky (that's expected from top coat), but fortunately dries fairly quickly. This product makes my nail polish last for weeeks and dries super fast. PS: I found that this product is useful also as a polish remover on skin.
