Cheap!
This is one of THE WORST eyeliners I have ever used. It smears and streaks after about an hour. I have .99 eyeliners that last way longer. I have it in black and it doesn't even go on that deep of a black. not very good at all
A friend of mine gave me this eyeliner as a gift and it really is not a very good product that Elizabeth Arden makes. It does not last very long at all, not easy to get on my eye and there is black underneath my eye from it smudging. I see they get $16 for this.
