Great for oily hair, but doesn't dry out your scalp.

I got this as a Christmas gift. I was reluctant to try it because my hair wasn't exactly what you called "oily". (It only gets oily after 12 hours of being outside or something) You get a very large bottle for a reasonable price and I only need 2 quarter-sized dollops to wash my elbow length hair. The smell is slightly minty with some..flowers? I can't put my finger on it but it's not extremely minty...just ever so slightly. Anyways it cools your scalp and reduces oil in my hair. If you ever felt like me when your hair has gotten so oily and flat at the end of the day it makes you look like you have a cone head--this is the shampoo for you. It doesn't dry out your hair but I wouldn't recommend using it without conditioner if you are prone to breakage and such. I love the scent of mint in my products. And this is a great one! My scalp was feeling itchy from a product it didn't like so I decided to try this one.
