MUST HAVE SERUM?
I've started to us bliss an ounce if prevention PM. It is very light for sensitive skin. Question: Instructions for use> apply strategic treatment serum, then apply an ounce of prevention PM. I do not have the serum- Does anyone know if that makes much of a difference?
