Use wet for eye liner

When used wet 24KT Gold Dust in green makes a beautiful eye liner. I spray my J.I. angle liner brush with D2O or Pom Mist, make a slight paste in the lid and line my eyes. It turns out beautiful with just enough 24KT gold to add a subtle hint of shimmer and leaves your eyes with a gorgeous green liner color.
