it's just mascara, I didn't see any difference in the look of my lashes, but as for a mascara it works great, the applicator is perfect and it goes on even without clumping or flaking, also it dries quick which is a must for me because I tend to get mascara under my eyes and on my brow line if the mascara takes to long to dry. I received this as agift with purchase with skin care. At first use I wasnt too pleased but after a couple of trys I have to say it is a decent mascara, clumping minimal and good volume, length. There are likely mascaras as good that are less expensive.
