it's just mascara, I didn't see any difference in the look of my lashes, but as for a mascara it works great, the applicator is perfect and it goes on even without clumping or flaking, also it dries quick which is a must for me because I tend to get mascara under my eyes and on my brow line if the mascara takes to long to dry.
