you dont get either product [straigtener or curling iron] that works as well as a single use appliance, and i used to sell these in my salon supply job, and the overwhelming response was 'i burn myself with this'. you cant use this well if youre used to a regular iron....its too awkward. not hot, not evenly heated, cheaply constructed, doesnt last. — 4 years ago

Doesn't Work as Well as Single Appliances

I don't really like the straightener or the curler in this tool. The straightener part does straighten, but if you use straighten a lot, your hand will get tired and hurt a bit due to the uncomfortable position. For starters, the barrel's too short, in my opinion, for curling. This curls horribly because the heat's not evenly distributed (the clamp's not as hot as the barrel), so the results don't even deserve to be called a curl! And the "curl" doesn't last more than 5 minutes. Plus, the clamp doesn't clamp your hair in tight so some strands always fall out. The only plus side of this is that you can adjust the heat settings from 1 to 25, and there's a turbo button. — 2 years, 9 months ago

This is a good straightener and iron. It works as others,you can control the heat as you need (25 levels + turbo),You can not make a small curls because the iron is big, but makes big beautiful curls. — 3 years, 9 months ago
