Smells great, feels great, but it doesn't exactly keep your skin from being oily

i have combination skin that gets quite oily during the summer. i've used two bottles of this and i have to say the smell is lovely and it does feel great on my skin, but it doesn't keep the shine away for the entire day, especially if you have oily skin.
