Works fine
We bought this product for my teenage daughter. It takes a good 20 minutes to warm up so this is not for those of us in a hurry. It works fine. We had to leave them in about 20 minutes to get curls that lasted about 6 hours. I agree the clips, while functional, are not super comfortable.
