Chanel Cils a Cils Lash Building Mascara works -- depending on how you define "building." If it means increasing volume then you'll likely be disappointed, as the beeswax (intended to plump) isn't very effective. However, if it means length then you'll be pleased with the silk fibers that extend lashes. Overall the look is natural, with plenty of separation and very little clumping. It also comes in fun colors like marine and violet, the latter of which brightens eyes but remains subtle.

    Perfect, another one of my desert island products.

    This is lovely mascara. Stop at your local Chanel counter and try it out, it's truly a no-fail product. Since Chanel doesn't advertise their cosmetics as much as other companies do, the word about their best products tends to get out over the web and in magazines like Allure. Application is flawless, lengthens beautifully, just enough oopmph without looking silly. And when the party is over, removes like a dream. This is another one of my desert island products.     best blue

    for an alternate color--I have violet and marine--I found this to be the best--otherwise its a bit pricey--I've tried there black mascaras as well--they're good but not worth the price--you can get the same effect with Loreal November 29, 2007, 6:09 pm

    the best

    this is the best mascara i have ever used. i have mascara from every maker. not one is anything like this one. no clumping your lashes look natural. not allot of crap on the brush, it comes out of the bottle clean it doesnt smear easily neither. i just wish it wasnt so expensive October 16, 2008, 5:23 am

    Nice !!

    Allure Magazine had sent me this to try for their reviews, It impressed me quite a bit, especially the brush, with how the bristles are it made for easy application and it really did make my non-existant lashes longer and thicker! I'm not sure of the price because I didn't pay for it but I bet it aint cheap. October 14, 2008, 6:16 am

    Chanel Mascara

    This is one of my favorite mascaras. I can tell a big difference after using. The only flaw is it eventually wears off under the eyes. I have used cheaper products that work better. October 7, 2008, 4:16 pm

    chanel cils a cils mascara rocks

    I used the mascara in place of my normal mascara & was won over immediately by it. It made my lashes look longer and fuller than any mascara that I've used to date. It also didn't flake like most mascara's that I've used. I even did a no no and slept in it. Wonderful product. Love the brush BAbygirl47 October 1, 2008, 1:26 pm

    Flaky Fake
