This perfum is rather powerful. No more than one spray! I love the fact that it dosn't resember any other perfum ive ever smelt or used. I don't know why some people are putting such negative reviews. gardenia notes
This has very strong notes of Gardenia flowers in it. While it is not my favorite perfume I do get compliments on it whenever I wear it. I like it for a low-key everyday spray when I get out of the shower in the morning. Makes a great bug spray
I got this fragrance as part of a gift set of many other fragrances. It smells HORRIBLE! Just like a really cheap perfume. I'd rather go without perfume at all than wear this one. We once had an ant infestation .I didn't have any bug spray, so I sprayed this perfume on the ants...KILLED THEM DEAD! AFter cleaning the dead ant mess up. I sprayed more perfume on the areas and I've never seen them come back. Strong but really wonderful
Warning to the sweet smellers: While Marshmallow is noted as one of the notes, it is not the first note you will smell. The Amber and Morrocan Insense are the first notes I smell and that does make the scent strong... at first. It dries down to a sweet floral and lasts all day but the first spritz is strong. I wouldn't wear this in summer but it is a wonderful winter scent and for the price, ($60), you can't get a better perfume. And can I mention the bottle? Purple and Silver, beautiful and stunning. I think its perfectly fine
Honestly, I dont pick up on the marshmallow or burnt marshmallow notes. True, I havent bought this scent in a long while and I have developed other favorites but i do enjoy this one. I had this perfume and loved it, got compliments from complete strangers-men and women. Is it sweet? yes. Can it be enjoyable? yes. The key is to spray only one mist directly in front of you and walk into the mist for a nice all over aroma. Another thing, I know everyone has a preference but when victoria secret has something that smells like "preteen" or "candy sugar cookie lollipop frosting" no one bats an eye.
