I truly believe CND is an underrated brand with consumers. There's a reason so many nail techs use their products, the formula is outstanding. It makes me think of a 40s pinup girl or Dita Von Teese. The main complaint I hear about CND polish is the dry time. It's my experience that the formula doesn't play well with the thick quick dry top coats (Seche Vite, Poshe).
