Great, lightweight moisturizer
I received a 1 oz deluxe sample of this from Sephora (I LOVE large skin care samples, they last a long time and are a large portion compared to their full-sized product!) This is a very lightweight moisturizer, which is perfect in the summer time or for people who don't like to feel like their wearing heavy creams or products. You only need a little bit of this (be aware of the pressure you apply on the pump in order to maximize use of your product!) and I like to spread this all over my face and neck. This really does glide over your skin and absorbs almost immediately. I recommend this for oily skin because it's ultra lightweight without adding too much that can clog the pores or produce more oil. I do have to agree with some people and say that this is not recommended for people with drier skin. What I mean when I say this, is because whenever I put this on, it feels like I need to put more on my face because it doesn't feel adequate enough and your skin may feel a little tight. However, rest assure that a pump is enough to moisturize your face and it does hydrate adequately. Perform a hydration test after putting this on, but taking two fingers and running it on your cheeks back towards your ear. If you notice a change in texture (fine lines appearing as your move your fingers), then your face is not receiving adequate hydration. I did this test on my face after applying and rest assured, my skin was receiving adequate moisture because I did not see a change in texture and my skin felt plump. I do recommend using a night cream before your go to bed (as always), that way you supplement with additional hydration. DDF Oil-Free Moisturizing Dew is light and soaks into the skin without irritating it but it may not be moisturizing enough for those with super dry skin. Goes on smooth, feels clean.
