I depend on this muscle soak.
I have fibromyalgia so chronic muscle pain is a day to day problem that I live with. While this muscle soak isn't a magic bullet, it does help me to maintain my life. I find that if I use after a long hard day the muscle pain at night isn't quite so bad and my sleep is much improved. such a nice treat
This soak is amazing... I feel so relaxed- no matter how tense I feel - 30 minutes wttis ina nice hot bath nd I amas relaxed as if I had a massage... the scent is refreshing too.
