Wow-I did not believe that a cream could help your circulation but boy this does. It is a little messy for a "cream" but the cool minty feeling soothes tired legs and feet-you just feel the blood flowing better. This cream is a little bit runny so be careful when applying, but if you are looking for an extreme sensation this lotion is for you. This lotion made my legs tingle immediately and made me shiver. It felt really good, but made me cold. I noticed an improvement in blood circulation and will continue to use this lotion. It also made my legs and feet softer to the touch.
