Burt's Bees Coconut Foot Creme Reviews

Greasy--definitely a treatment to wear with socks around the house, not something you can wear and then go out the door! I agree with the other reviewer who said it's more oily/balm like than cream in terms of texture. Smells more like mint than coconut, although you can barely detect the coconut. It is fairly moisturizing though. Not sure how well I like this--it's a decent enough product but I think there are better products. — 1 year, 8 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

smells good, works good, BUT...
So, the catch is that you have to wear socks or something; because it is VERY gooey. It works good if you put on before bed with the "moisture socks" they sell at Bath and Body. (well, they sell them everywhere I suppose) — 2 years, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 3 people said helpful

Okay, but not my first or second choice...
I love the coconut scent, so I could not pass up this one. But the scent is a bit unusual. It is coconuty, but is also mixed with peppermint. Not too bad, I love a coconut scent, I love a mint scent, but I am just not too crazy about this fragrance combo. The texture is thick, and I think it is more like balm or ointment than cream. Yes, it is moisturizing, but since it is concentrated, it takes some time to sink in. And after applying this, my feet feel a bit sticky. For more creamy texture and fast absorbing foot cream, my choice is Eucerin Plus Intensive Repair Foot Creme. And when I want a thick and concentrated formula for cracked heel and elbows, I would still pick Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Foot Cream. — 2 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 6 of 8 people said helpful

Does the job but a bit messy
More an ointment than a creme but actually does the job by softening the feet and freshening with mint. I love the coconut smell too. After massaging the "creme" in to your feet, you must cover them with socks designed for your pedicure. Then go to bed because when you wake, you'll have soft, fresh-smelling feet. — 4 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Didn't like it
y wife and I will buy almost anything coconut scent but we didn't like this foot cream. I don't think the bees wax goes good in a foot cream. — 2 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

rough heel cure
It's like a waxy cream but if you have rough heels and callouses you need this stuff. It's better to use before bed or when wearing socks. The smell is very pleasant and the rough skin on my feet disappears when I use this. — 4 years, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Strong Smelling
Maybe if I loved the smell of coconut I would like this product more. The creme is rich and moisturizing enough, though not the best I have used-not very greasy and I like the natural basis. But it was WAY too coconu smelling-okay the name says "coconut" but this was overboard. I felt like a drink with an umbrella in it whenever I used it. No thanks. — 3 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

Slight coconut
I may be in the minority for this review but here goes......I actually like this coconut foot creme because after a long week(I wear heels daily) I use after my long soothing bath. Now the trick is, after I have dried my tootsies I put a nickel sized amount in my palms and rub onto each foot. Wrap my feet loosely in Saran wrap(while sitting on edge of bath tub-dont judge me) and then place my feet in a pair of thick tube socks. I leave this get up on format LEAST 1 hour before removing. The longest I've kept the wrap/socks combo on was 3 hours and my feet felt like baby skin afterwards. Soft and smooth. If you have calloused feet on bottoms as women sometimes do, this is great to use weekly. I have bought a tube for my mother who is quite the fashionista and she gave out in baskets as Xmas gifts to her co-workers last year. Again, as mentioned by another reviewer this isn't a lotion you want to put on and go, but relax around the house for awhile. Hope this helps! — 1 month, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Greasy
This foot cream is greasy but it works on cracked heels. Best to be used after scrubbing the feet. Also, it would be more effective if you can wera a sock after applying it in the night. — 7 months, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
