i was all excited but the hype, and the futuristic silver mirror tube seemed to promise its all true....but i didnt see any thing too great about it. its not the most full my lips have ever been when i woke up, and not the most plumping ive gotten from a gloss BY FAR....maybe its me, but i did just as the tube suggested and im pretty disapointed. average. — 4 years ago

This is really not good for your lips

This product causes your lips to get inflamed so they look red and puffy. After multiple uses, your lips get very dry and painful. I became immune to this after a couple days. I will never buy this product again. Your lips are very delicate and the last thing they need are these chemicals to puff them up. — 1 year, 4 months ago

Minimal 'plumping' but greatly improves texture

I was really excited to get this product. I thought for a product to cost this much - it must really deliver. I was disappointed at first. After a couple of weeks, I saw no real plumping effects after carefully applying it to my entire lip area. I did wake up with my lips still very moist and well hydrated. I started to notice an improvement in the overall appearance of my lips. My lips were drier looking before and the lines on them were noticeable without gloss. Now with continued use, my lips are smoother and more hydrated through the day. The gloss is pricey, but I love it. The texture is great, the mint smell and taste is lovely. And the product helps with a 'plumper' look by filling in the cracks in your lips, making them look more youthful and 'full' but not in the Angelina Jolie sense, in the young natural beauty sense. — 3 years, 10 months ago

Doesn't really plump.

It's an overpriced lip gloss in my opinion. Sooo not worth the price tag, i get better results from rubbing a chile on my lips! (btw, collagen can't absorb into the skin so adding it to anything that goes on your face is pointless) — 1 year ago

I have to agree with the general concensus on this one. It's just about average in it's plumping effect. This is meant more as a nighttime treatment and I used it as such. While my lips felt more hydrated with use, I don't think it did that much for me. Perhaps it will work better on lips that have considerably lost their plumpness, but as far as making mine swell- it did no such thing. It's overpriced in my humble opinion and overhyped. I haven't seen clinical data to back any of Fusion's claims. — 3 years, 6 months ago

cheaper than an injection!

first of all, i understand the people saying that this is too expensive for $50. however, i think people need to know that this product contains dehydrated collagen. when the collagen comes in to contact with the moisture in your lips, it plumps them up. the more you use, the more it plumps. it is a gradual and long-lasting thing. if you use it every day for a month and then forget to use it for a while, your lips will still be plump. it actually builds collagen in your lips which is amazzzzing! for $50, i think it's a steal. — 8 months, 1 week ago

I used this overnight and it made my lips HUGE. After a few weeks of overnight use they get bigger. The effects stay even if you skip a night, or two for that matter. All in all this is the best 50 dollars I ever spent. — 4 years, 4 months ago

I had been using fusion lip plumpers -both clear at night and colors during the day and think its a good product so it was a no brainer to try the XL. It was a real disapointment for me- more expensive than the regular product without any additional plumping. — 8 months ago
