Feels Smooth & Buttery
I bought this in White Light Disco, a shimmery pearl white to intensify powder eyeshadows & it works great & more! It also looks great on its own to brighten the eyelids when you want minimal eye makeup. Also the powder eyeshadows I used on top of this blends easier & lasts all day without fading. Although I don't have oily eyelids powder eyeshadows do fade a bit on me by the end of the day. But using this under keeps the colors fresh & vibrant all day. It's pricy but you only need the slightest dab for each eye as it's highly pigmented. stay-put color

Not too happy about this product
