i love a good hand salve
This is such a good moisturizer especially for the winter time. The smell is not the best, but overall its a good one to have. — 7 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

Usually if my boyfriend...
I will try to buy many products made by a brand, especially if my boyfriend likes their products. I have frequently purchased Burt's Bees chap and been happy. My boyfriend however is a huge fan of the Peach and Willow bark scrub. I thought if I bought this, he would be inclined to use it to. This product however, takes so much to get the job done. It does not come cheap either. It takes about three globs full of this jelly like substance to get my winter hands to feel normal again. The greasy feeling doesn't even go away for about ten minutes and the smell leaves something to be desired. Not happy with this purchase. Best of luck with this buy ladies xoxo. — 7 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

its ok but greasy
I tried this and it works well to hydrate your hands but it is greasy so its best if you put it on at night before bed when you won't have to work with your hands. I don't know if I'd buy this again. I like other lotions better. — 1 month, 4 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

Smell is way too intense; dispensing tricky
I just don't get the Burt's Bees products and I think I'm about done trying. I just can't stand the smell, and this salve felt greasy and not emollient enough for my rough cuticles. Also, the little container is tiny and hard to open; not convenient at all for on-the-go application which is what I would think it was mainly for due to it's size. Disappointed, yet again by the Bee-loving Bearded one. — 2 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Burt's bees fan
I originally bought this container because my husband works the overnite shift for a sanitation company and his hands were as tough as nails everyday when he came home. During the winter months he complained about hands chaffing and cracked and just using Vaseline wasn't enough. I will admit, the scent is a bit mediciny for my liking but it gets the job done. Not only does it keep his hands soft, but it healed the callouses as well. I want to say its a bit of a menthol smell but he enjoys it so I'm pleased. As I purchase a ton of Burt's Bees products this is just another positive review. My darling uses even with his work gloves now to avoid the abrasive feel at work. Great night time hand cream.
This hand salve is so thick that it moisturizes even the driest of hand. It smells lovely like citrus and eucalyptus. You may want to use it only during night as you don't want to leave an oily finger print on products you touch. Use it before bed and wake up with soft hands. — 7 months, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Great for chapped hands
This is great for healing chapped and dry hands in the winter. In particular I use it in the winter on my knuckles when they get really dried out and red looking. Perfect size to stow in your purse or anywhere else on the go! — 7 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Not for my hands.. but for my heels
I've tried this on my hand as a hand "salve" but it didn't really moisturize my hands. Instead it made it more red and perhaps a bit irritated. I have found another use which is why I rated this an 8.. I am using this to moisturize my heels! Heals my cracks and I like it a lot! — 2 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Burt's Bees Farmer's Friend Hand
This product is great. I also love how it comes in a tin can container instead of a cheap old plastic one. — 7 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Great for dry, chapped hands and heels!
This hand salve really moisturized my hands in the cold winter. I also use this for my rough elbows and other dry spots on my arms. I would also recommend using this to make the heels of your feet instantly smoother! It contains a combination of natural oils such as almond, olive and soybean. The fragrant is strong- rosemary, which I like. I have a travel sized version and instead of dipping my hands inside, I use it like I would a lip balm stick, so I do not get my fingers oily. This salve leaves a glistening finish on my hands. — 7 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
