T3 is the innovator of tourmaline technology- there is no dryer that dries as quickly with as much shine and with minimal damage to your hair's condition. Completely worth the price- except for one drawback. Make sure to mail in your warranty information! I've had two stylist friends that have had problems with their off/on switches breaking- they are even more frustrated than usual because they LOVE these dryers so much and hate to wait for them to be fixed. I would still spend the money to buy one knowing what I know- and just hope that I got one without problems. January 10, 2008, 6:11 pm

I was a bit alarmed by the price at first, but thought I would splurge (the price has since dropped). And I haven't looked back since. This drier gives my shinier, healthier looking hair - and I get my hair dried much faster than with my old drier. I even have time to section my hair when I dry it now, and it still takes less time than when I used my older drier.
I would, and have, completely recommended this drier (and so far most of their products) to my friends. December 31, 2007, 3:31 pm

I\'ve bought every \"new\" tool you can imagine (ionic,ceramic,ect.) and honestly they didn\'t do anything. My hair is super long, wavy and color treated and regular dryers left my hair so fried-no many how many heat sprays/lotions I used. My sister in law (who is so low maintenence she doesn\'t even wear make-up) told ME about this dryer and I was already pretty impressed with a product that she would cough up $300. Best purchase I\'ve made. It\'s well worth it and if you register for your warranty and take care of the dryer it will be a good investmant that will LAST. The T3 dryer changed my life. I have mid-length, thick, wavy hair that takes forever to dry with regular hair driers. It used to take me at least 20 minutes to dry my hair, but the T3 cuts down drying time to 10 minutes, which is nothing short of a miracle. It saves me so much time! I don't think I could ever live without it.
Yes it is expensive, but if you have thick, challenging hair it is worth every penny. I've heard you can buy it on ebay but I bought mine full price at Sephora because I wanted to have the product warranty. December 15, 2007, 1:37 pm

although this may be great for some hair, it was not the best dryer for me. I tried it for about a week before returning it. It was nice that it was not as loud as other hair dryers and looked sleek and seemed to be healthier for my hair and dry quicker, but... the results for me were hair that looked flat, oily, too shiny, and lacked style. Perhaps this was because I needed to use it longer to burn off whatever comes out of the hairdryer when you first start using it. But, i didn't want flat hair any longer. My stylist does not recomment this either although it seems to work great for other people i know. December 11, 2007, 9:36 am

What can I say? I have mixed hair. Very curley and really long. Normally I would blowdry my hair then use a flat iron to get it smooth. That would take an hour and a half to 2 hours. If I just use a blowdryer I look like a poodle on a good day. I use to use a dryer just to get my hair dry, not expecting anything else. Now it takes me 20 min to fab. No more poodle hair, no more flat irons, no more frizz. All I get is smooth, shiny healthy hair. The heat is perfect. Love T3. November 28, 2007, 9:23 am

I have always used high quality hair dryers - when I read about the T3 Ionic dryer it sounded perfect - silky hair and fast drying. I have my hair highlighted - I want to add, I condition my hair weekly with a good conditioner. My hair was in excellent condition before using this dryer. It gets extremely hot - if hair is colored it will actually "cook" your hair - the ends of my hair look like dried straw - I have never experienced anything like this before - I am now back with my "old" dryer, but with severely damanged hair - beware if you purchase. Yes, I was shocked at the $200 price sticker. But with credit card in hand, purchase made, I was on my way to bliss.
I'm an African American woman with natural (curly) hair. This speeds up drying time, doesn't make my hair feel dry, it's quiet and super light. I love it. After having it for almost 2 years now, I feel that the purchase price was well worth it. So much, that I even purchased the travel dryer. May 1, 2008, 9:09 am

my hair is course and wavy. many of the previous blow dryers i had tried worked for me but i thought i would splurge on a higher end blow dryer thinking i would get way better results. unfortunately, this blow dryer just didn't do anything for me. it dried my hair quickly but didn't leave it soft or shiny (like it claims). instead it left my hair feeling TOOO dry! i dont recommend this to anyone. its just not worth the money. Instead of spending money buying multiple "cheap" dryers invest once on the only one you'll ever need...the T3 Evolution.
It's touted for how fast it dries your hair but not enough people mention that it makes your hair super silky and frizz free.
I bought the original T3 3 years ago and it still works great, but I liked that this model has more heat and power settings so I passed the other one down to my daughter and now use this one daily.
