High Pigment Eye Pencil Lives Up to its Name

Colors Were Nice, But Didn't Really Show
I got a mini set of these pencils in jewel tone colors. I have darker skin so maybe that's why they didn't show up but no matter how many times I tried I couldn't get the colors to show up on my eyes. Forget it with eyeshadow. I expected more

A little disappointing
