i love this stuff. you can wear it alone, under makeup as a primer, or over makeup to set it. amazing! how innovative! it also has a little shimmer in it that gives you a dewy glow. genius! (p.s. the best use for this is when you apply shadow and it drops onto your cheekbones. i put this product onto a foundation brush and swipe it over the loose eyeshadow and it totally wipes it off without distu...read morerbing my foundation underneath. the Cargo makeup artist taught me this trick. soooooo helpful!!!)

Dissapointed

I am dissapointed with this product. I have super oily skin all over and am always looking for ways to keep it under control. This works as an alright primer, but did not have any lasting power....and did not control any shine. Don't even think about trying this over your foundation, looks awfull!! Luckily this works for a friend so she has it, I will not be repurchasing.

very useful tool for your makeup bag

this product is very versitile - you use it as you would a loose powder, but it's not going to offer a lot of coverage. instead, it finishes off a look with a radiant finish, and gives you a bit of a glow. this will NOT mattify, but it will help to perfect. if you rub this on you can get very sheer coverage, but you can also pat this on with fingertips and press into the skin for more of a medium...read more coverage. this product is very buildable. my favorite use of this product is to remove makeup! after i've applied eye shadows (particularly very powdery formulas) i often find that some of my shadow has fallen onto my cheekbones. gross! this product is absolutely perfect to remove that - simply put a small amount on fingertips and rub underneath the eye area to remove that fallen shadow and get a perfect look! this product has saved my face on more than one occasion.

perfecto en verano

La ultima vez que estuve en NYC fue en el mes de Agosto y pare en Sephora para ver los nuevos productos.La verdad no se si el polvo liquido de CARGO era nuevo o no pero me gusto al tacto. Hasta que mi bronceado desaparecio lo he usado siempre y el resultado es maravilloso.Piel sedosa con un suave brillo dorado Aconsejo poner primero una fina capa de crema hidratante o de serum.Nada mas. No reco...read moremiendo una base de maquillaje primero porque hace un efecto de doble capa poco favorecedor. Asi que si estas bronceada no dudes en usarlo ademas no es necesario que utilices mucho una pequena catidad te servira para cara y cuello.

Didn't Like

I have extremely oily skin and so am always looking for anything that will keep me shine free. Didn't work as a powder more like a primer but what I had to return it for was its shimmery or glittery sheen it put on my skin. The label should have mentioned that it is not a matte color but has shimmer to it. Yuck!

Don't use this as a loose powder!

This is a thick gel-cream that applies like most silicone-based makeup primers. This did a mediocre job as a makeup primer and a terrible job as a loose powder to go over foundation. Don't try using this under and over your foundation...it will cake like nobody's business.

Best primer for oily skin

Rave! I use this as a primer before makeup application, and it keeps my oily T-zone matte and shine-free for hours - something that no other product I've tried has been able to accomplish! It goes on silky and smooth, doesn't flake and feels comfortable and light on my skin. I never wear foundation without this, and highly recommend it for oily/combo skin.
