  so gentle!

  This is the only bar soap I would ever use on my face. I used to use other brands, but Dove sensitive is the only one that leaves my face feeling completely clean and smooth, not tight and itchy like a lot of other soaps. I used to have a sensitive red rash on my cheeks, and since switching to this product it has completely... cleared up. I am so glad I tried it. My husband (most men do not like to admit this) also suffers from sensitive skin and loves this bar soap as well. He isn't itchy now after his shower and is grateful to me for replacing our soap!   Mild, Gentle Cleansing

  Hypersensitive skin isn't the best feature to have but when it comes to washing my body, I like to use this as an alternative to Cetaphil's bars because they are less expensive and they come in a bulk pack. I haven't found these leaving my body oily or overdrying, so they create a balance in the moisture of my skin. I lik...e that it is unscented as some soaps I haven't been fond of the scents anyway plus they wear off a few minutes out of the shower so it doesn't really matter so much. The other benefit from this soap that stands out from the other sensitive skin bar soaps is that it doesn't disintegrate as fast if you leave it in a soap holder, leaving that unsightly puddle underneath it. I end up feeling clean and refreshed but not overloaded with scents and there are no irritating additives penetrating into my skin. May 23, 2008, 9:24 am

  Only Soap I Will Use

  I bring this soap with me when I travel, when I stay at my boyfriend's house and to the gym with me because I refuse to use anything else. It doesn't dry my sensitive skin out, doesn't have an overpowering fragrance and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. I love it and have used it for well over 20 years with great re...sults!   great for psoriasis sufferers

  I suffer from moderate to severe psoriasis. My dermatologist recommended this product to me about 5 yrs ago. I love this soap. It's the only thing that I can use that won't dry my skin out even more. I take it with me whenever I travel.   I have been using Dove for years. My mother is in her late 70's and has used Dove for years as well. Both of us get compliments on how young we look. I think it has to do with the fact that our routine is simple. Clean your face morning and night and moisturize. This bar helps take off the makeup and grime at the end o...f the day.   I am now 60 years old and have been using Dove for probably over 40 years. The best soap bar ever. On many occasions I even use it to wash my face which beauty experts say you should not do. Very nourishing and gentle. February 15, 2008, 9:49 am

  We have been using this product for years. My family was having a very hard time with dry, cracking skin. We live in the west with very hard water. My husband suffers badly from psoriasis. His dermatologist recommended this soap, and other Dove products. This was the best change we ever made.   I've used Dove Bar since I was a baby.

  My dermatolgist recommends this soap-(the unscented version). I've used the Dove Pink bar since I was a baby. I've always had compliments on my skin. I recently went to the unscented and it works just as well without the classic Dove scent February 25, 2008, 6:23 pm

  I don't have sensitive skin in general. This is the soap my doctor recommended for everyday use (years ago) and I've never had any problems with it. One of the best things I've ever done for my combination skin! January 3, 2008, 12:16 pm
