      works, but is expensive for a temp fix

      It does some truly amazing plumping in the under eye area, but man is it pricey. I don't know that I'd recommend it for everybody, but if you have a high school reunion, or a wedding or other important photography that needs to be done, this will help you out. December 16, 2007, 6:04 pm

        Apply on clean, dry skin as follows:
        1. Peel off protective backing.
