  Not working

  Too expensive for a mediocre product

  The positives are this is not oily and does not irritate my skin and is great to clean up eye makeup mistakes and keep in your purse to clean up smudges throughout the day. The negatives are that it is too expensive especially considering it does not remove waterproof eye products well enough. April 17, 2009, 2:11 pm

  Not the best...

  Decent but not perfect

  I've used this product a few times and while it does remove eye make-up it takes a few cotton balls to actually brea down my mascara before coming off completely. It also leave a little bit of a greasy feeling on my eyes. September 4, 2008, 6:46 pm

  Disappointed!!

  I love Estee Lauders products but this was a disappointment for me. It didn't remove the eye makeup very easily and most importantly it burned and irritated my eyes extremely bad. I have used numerous types of eye makeup removers in the past and never had that problem before. I don't know if it is an ingredient or if the... remover itself is just irritating, either way I wouldn't recommend this as someones first choice when there are far better ones out there.   It doesn't remove so easily

  I was disappointed honetly. I do not want to rub or tug on my eye area and I found that gently washing the area with this makeup remover left behind eyeliner on the top of my lids and mascara. I prefer Lancome even though I know some complain about it's oiliness. August 8, 2008, 9:31 am

  Gentle enough to use daily. Even waterproof mascara doesn't stand a chance with this effortless makeup remover. Makes clean up a breeze. July 17, 2008, 2:59 pm

  I got this in a promotional set and love it. It easily and effectively removes all my eye makeup, even the most stubborn of mascaras. After using it, my eyelids feel soft and silky. The formula goes on gently with no irritation. A must have. July 10, 2008, 3:29 pm
