multi-effects? oh yes!

if the effect you are seeking involves clumping, smudging, and smearing, then this product is your pal. i cannot even understand the good ratings this mascara has received. i am normally fond of stila's products but i received a sample of this and threw it away after one use. the curved brush approach has never held much appeal for me but i think the major problem here was the exceptionally 'goopy' formula.

Hated It!

I don't know if it is the formula of the mascara or the worthless curved wand, but this mascara is worthless. This product did not deliver on curls or lengthening. I hope Stila tries again

Good stuff, but not worth the price

I LOVE Stila. Think they have great products, but this mascara is just OK. It has great coverage and minimal clumps. But I have also achieved this from drug store mascara. So, for me, it is not worth the price.

Greatest Mascara You Will Ever Want !!!!!!

I thought that my eyelashes were never that long..I used Stila multi effect mascara and my eyelashes were so long..Its very light so my eyelashes dont droop over making me look sleepy. I would recomened this for any woman with any kind of eyelashes. I never use any other kind of mascara besides Stila multi effect mascara. Trust me you will never in your whole life want another type of mascara.

Definitely worth it!

I also am a redhead with very light lashes. Black eye makeup is too harsh on my skin, and most regular browns are too light. Stila's Multi-Effect Mascara in Brown was perfect! My lashes have a natural curl to them, so I cannot comment on that. But the color lasts all day, it never clumps, and the shape of the brush makes application a breeze! My favorite part, however, was this: I used to use M...read moreaybelline's Full 'n' Soft, but it constantly clumped together in the corner of my eyes. I officially fell in love with Stila's mascara when it was the end of the day and this hadn't happened yet. A good buy!

Doesn't do anything

I have red hair, and as such have very pale lashes, which are also very thin and sparse. This mascara didn't make my lashes thick and long, and just made it look like I had put black paint on the bottom side of my lashes.

Full, curled lashes

I love this mascara, it makes my light lashes look longer, darker, and a lot more curled. It's also very easy to apply, because of the shape of the brush allows you to get every angle. The reason I gave it a nine instead of a ten is because it's a bit expensive, and I had a tube once that broke just from dropping on the ground.

Natural Looking Lashes

I am a big mascara wearer. I have different types for different looks. But sometimes, I just want my lashes to look feathery, thick, and natural. That is where this mascara comes in. It is so easy to apply, and the wand really helps get into the corners of the eyes. The mascara itself is not clumpy, and it creates that beautiful feathery full natural look. I love it.

Better than Great Lash?

In 20 years of make-up wearing, this is the first mascara that got me to switch from trusty pink-and-green Great Lash. It was a free sample that did it. I have thin, light-colored lashes that are naturally invisible, combined with extremely sensitive eyes. The Stila mascara added volume and length without being clumpy, and didn't bother my peepers. Good stuff.
